In order to promote sustainable mobility habits, and a universal access, the Basque Government has created this "Information Portal”. This portal is born as the “Global Web Site” to access the information available online on transport services. Our portal is essentially a web browser, by consulting these web sites, the citizen or visitor of the Region of the Basque Country may plan his/her trips prioritizing the use of collective transports. Therefore, this portal will mostly help you to locate collective transport web sites (buses, trains, etc.) and sustainable transport ways, as well as other resources to enable a sustainable use of the individual vehicle (dissuasive parking, carpooling…).

This PORTAL includes direct access to the Journey Planner in the construction of which the Basque Government participates as a member entity of the Basque Country Transport Authority (ATE).

The portal has 3 tools or browsers:

• Browser of entities and other transport resources in the Region of the Basque Country. As for “entities”, we mean both transport operators and organizations that manage information on transport services, the latter being mostly public administrations or consortiums. As for “other transport resources”, we mean bicycle borrowing services, taxis, dissuasive parking, public elevators, carpooling…
• Browser of inter-cities trips. It is most helpful for trips between different municipalities within the Region of the Basque Country, or from the Region of the Basque Country to the rest of the country or abroad. The browser is a trip planer. Select a minimum number of web sites to be visited for a given trip.
• Browser for urban trips. It allows the user to see the travel possibilities within one municipality of the Region of the Basque Country by selecting the web sites to be visited to plan the trip within the chosen municipality.
